Delightful homemade jam and zuchini muffins. They are both very healthy. I made the jam by combining a cup of raspberries, a banana and two tablespoons of chia seeds in the blender. Then I left it in the refrigerator for a few hours. The chia seeds make it jell up into a jam consistency. It is very sweet and fresh tasting. The zuchini muffin recipe is from of course.
