Training at my new gym. It is awesome! The lead wall is very overhung which makes it a very good place to get stronger mentally and physically. The top rope wall has very good setting on it. Also the bouldering has some overhung walls and some slab walls (straight walls). The bouldering also has some really cool setting. Overall the gym is phenomenal!

Delightful homemade jam and zuchini muffins. They are both very healthy. I made the jam by combining a cup of raspberries, a banana and two tablespoons of chia seeds in the blender. Then I left it in the refrigerator for a few hours. The chia seeds make it jell up into a jam consistency. It is very sweet and fresh tasting.
